The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas will adhere to the following holiday schedule, subject to the needs of the Court:

| Friday, November 25, 2022 | All divisions will be closed except Tyler, which will be open from 8:00 am - noon |
| Monday, December 26, 2022 | Closed in observance of Christmas (federal holiday) |
| Tuesday, December 27, 2022 | All divisions will be closed except Beaumont, which will be open from 8:00 am - noon |
| Monday, January 2, 2022 | Closed in observance of New Year’s (federal holiday) |
| Tuesday, January 3, 2022 | All divisions will be closed except Sherman, which will be open from 8:00 am - noon |
